The Information Center in Zwiesel

The Nature Park Information Centre, built as a zero-energy house made of wood with a solar façade, provides information in a somewhat different way. With a permanent exhibition without texts, only with pictures, the area of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park and its tasks are presented. There is also information on the solar house and energy-saving timber construction and a new exhibit on light pollution. Visitors are provided with leaflets about attractions and merch as well as maps are on offer.
